The surgery provides fortnightly antenatal clinics currently. If it is urgent for a patient to see a midwife they may attend the drop-in clinic at Yeovil District Hospital, or contact the midwives directly where a home visit may be more appropriate.

Non urgent messages may be left with the community midwives on 01935 384449: these messages are answered within 24 Hrs

If a patient wishes to speak directly with a midwife they should telephone the labour ward on 01935 384350.

The more you know about your pregnancy and your options, the more you are likely to feel in control. The information given here is based on The Pregnancy Book, which your midwife should give you at your first appointment.
