New opening hours and joint services for registered patients...

Patient Information: Please note that we have recently changed the opening hours at Ilchester Surgery to Monday to Friday: 9 am - 4 pm.

(We are also closed daily between 1-2 pm for essential administration and staff training)

New services for patients

We are now offering joint services for our registered patients at Ilchester Surgery and Buttercross Health Centre, this means that you can request an appointment at either GP practice and you don't need to change your patient registration details.  You can also now access additional healthcare services at Buttercross Health Centre such as a Minor Operations Service and a Musculoskeletal Practitioner.
We are working hard to give our patients the choice and flexibility of appointments required and are now operating a joint surgery switchboard so that you are able to call either     01935 840207, or 01458 272473 to make an appointment.
Our phones do get busy and we now have extra teams working together to get to your call as quickly as we can.  Please bear with us over the coming weeks as we make improvements to our phone system. Thank you to all our patients for their ongoing support.
Please read our leaflet on the joint services that are now available for Ilchester patients: Ilchester Surgery and Buttercross Health Centre
